The CHANTICA programme is for young people from Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, England and Scotland, so that they can explore their own and each others cultures and traditions. Working together with artists and craftsmen, using traditional skills and techniques to inspire them, they have the opportunity through drama, music, fashion and applied art to produce contemporary art relevant to them today. Sharing this common bond also helps to develop lasting friendships and creates a greater understanding and appreciation that we are all a part of the European Union and share similar interests. more » |
